The Oasis Summer Feeding Program is excited to bring you free lunches in the park for children aged 1-18. We believe that no child should go hungry during the summer vacation, and our program ensures that kids in many parts of the state have access to nutritious and delicious meals.
Key Program Details:
- Free Lunches in the Park: Oasis Summer Feeding Program offers free lunches to children aged 1-18 at various locations, including parks, schools, and other places near your home. We want to make sure that kids can enjoy a tasty and balanced meal during their summer break.
- Accessibility Across Multiple Locations: Lunch is served at different sites across four cities: Caldwell, Nampa, Parma, and Middleton. We have made it a priority to reach as many children as possible to ensure no one misses out on a meal.
- On-Site Lunches: As per USDA rules, all lunches must be eaten at the designated site. This allows us to comply with program guidelines and continue providing this valuable service to the community.
- No Grab and Go Limitations: There are no more COVID waivers in place. This means we can resume serving on-site lunches and ensure that children have a pleasant dining experience.
- Lunches Served Rain or Shine at the Park: Lunches will continued to be served to children, rain or shine! Regardless of the weather conditions, our commitment to serving the community remains unwavering.
