Founding & Senior Pastors
Royce and Carol started ministry in 1975, working in the area of children and youth. They also served in a National Marriage Ministry as a teaching team for five years, writing their material and ministering in four states. After graduating from an international bible school in 1982, Royce and Carol moved to Caldwell, Idaho. They pioneered Treasure Valley Christian Center, now known as Oasis Worship Center, where they continue as Senior Pastors today. Royce & Carol have been married 54 years, have two children and five grandchildren.
They have served as Northwest Area Representatives for Faith Christian Fellowship International for approximately seven years, traveling through Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska, helping churches and ministers. They have traveled regularly to Jamaica, speaking in many churches, Bible Schools, and tent meetings. Traveling nationally and internationally teaching on Authority, The Holy Spirit, and having healing and miracle meetings. Besides Jamaica, they have ministered in Canada, South Africa, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Switzerland, England, and Cuba. Dr. Royce has also served as a director for a minister's fellowship, the Board of WICAP, and chairman for Canyon County Hunger Coalition. He currently serves on Partner Alliance Coalition for the Idaho Food Bank. He is one of the chaplains for the Caldwell Police Department. Dr. Royce was named a Seven's Hero and Idaho's Brightest Star for his community service in feeding the needy.
Royce and Carol have their Doctorate of Divinity from Word of Truth Seminary in Huntsville, Alabama, affiliated to the Southeast Accrediting Association of Christian Schools, Colleges, and Seminaries Inc. based in Milton, Florida.
